Experience and Education

Valerie provides financial planning solutions based on the needs, goals and objectives of each client. She also assists clients by developing customized financial plans, creating asset allocations and performing retirement and insurance reviews. She has a particular focus on financial planning for families and individuals, especially corporate executives.

Prior to joining Mariner, Valerie was a regional investment officer at Arvest Asset Management, where she was an integral part of the investment team. She began her career in financial planning in 2005.

Valerie has a bachelor’s degree in international business, graduating cum laude from Virginia Tech.

Personal Interests

Away from the office, Valerie is a den leader for her son’s Cub Scout troop, an advocate for Band of Angels and a yoga junkie.
