Experience and Education

Ed provides clients with personalized wealth management solutions that include financial planning, tax planning, investing and reporting to help them reach their goals.

Prior to joining Mariner, Ed was the managing director, principal, portfolio manager and chairman of the investment committee at Forté Capital LLC. He was primarily responsible for equity research, stock selection and investment strategies.

Before that, he was co-founder of Bryce Capital Management, LLC, which merged with Forté Capital LLC. He was also the director of equity research at J.P. Morgan.

Ed holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Hobart College.

Personal Interests

Away from the office, Ed serves as volunteer chief and EMT of his local ambulance corps and is a Certified Emergency Vehicle Operator Trainer.
