Experience and education

Philip provides clients with comprehensive wealth management services to help them achieve their goals as well as integrated planning and strategies to help them grow and protect their wealth.

Prior to joining Mariner, Philip was a private wealth manager with Creative Planning, where he worked with clients to develop and implement comprehensive financial plans to address their goals and most complex financial needs. Before that, he served as a wealth advisor at Destination Wealth Management focused on retirement planning, investment management, tax planning, estate planning, risk management and charitable planning.

Philip has a bachelor’s degree from San Jose State University.

Personal interests

Away from the office, Philip enjoys spending time with his wife and two baby boys, working at the local food bank, trying new food recipes, rooting for the Bay Area sports teams and traveling.
