Experience and education

Milton is responsible for performance measurement, reporting and investment policy monitoring for defined contribution plans. He manages client onboarding and ongoing plan support, including system setup, CRM maintenance, quarterly reporting, investment analysis, fee benchmarking and policy adherence. He also partners with advisors, service teams, recordkeepers and clients on report deliverables, RFP/RFI responses, participant communications and education initiatives.

Prior to joining Mariner, Milton was a relationship banker at Bank of the West, where he was responsible for establishing, retaining and deepening relationships with customers and businesses. He also ensured all audit security policies and procedures were followed in accordance with bank policy and federal regulations.

Milton has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln.

Personal interests

Away from the office, Milton enjoys working out, outdoor activities and cheering on the Los Angeles Lakers. He is a member of Sigma Lambda Beta Fraternity, Inc.
