Luke focuses on building a bridge from retirement to wealth by bringing Mariner’s solutions to plan participants. He also assists with expanding and optimizing the firm’s existing model to reach more advisors and clients and integrating the retirement businesses of new advisor and practice acquisitions.

Prior to joining Mariner, Luke was managing director at Principal Financial Group. He has over 30 years of experience in the retirement industry, where he has held various positions in operations/plan administration, relationship management, sales, key accounts and investment management.

Luke has a bachelor’s degree in finance from Loras College.

Personal Interests

Away from the office, Luke enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, traveling, cooking and watching college and pro sports.
