Korinne has earned the Fellow, Life Management Institute designation and the Associate, Insurance Agency Administration™. She also holds a life and health insurance license in Kansas.

Experience and Education

Korinne leads the strategy, execution and ongoing growth of Mariner’s internal insurance platform. She focuses on building a scalable, advisor-centric program that integrates seamlessly with our wealth management model and prioritizes the client experience.

Prior to joining Mariner, Korinne held leadership roles in operations and advisor support at Thrivent Financial, Innovative Underwriters (a division of Guardian Life Insurance Company) and Ash Brokerage, where she focused on advisor satisfaction, business strategy and managing relationships with carriers and clients.

Personal Interests

Away from the office, Korinne is passionate about supporting organizations that benefit youth in her community. She serves on the board of Friends of the Farmstead in Overland Park, KS, leads a meal-packing program with Hands to Hearts and mentors high school girls through Women in Leadership. She is also active in her church.
