Mike holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation.

Experience and Education

Mike is responsible for the performance of the institutional unit along with ensuring Mariner’s initiatives, financial plans, investments, acquisitions and strategic hires align with its mission, vision, values and strategy statement.

Prior to joining Mariner, Mike was chief executive officer at AndCo. In this role, he focused on the overall strategy and vision for the company and managing the executive leadership team. He also supported the consulting department in helping service some of the institutional relationships, chairing the Investment Policy Committee and speaking at industry conferences. Before that, he worked as a portfolio specialist at a leading institutional money management firm.

Mike has an MBA in finance and management from the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College. He also has a Bachelor or Arts in economics from Rollins College.

Personal Interests

Mike is a fan of the Chicago Cubs, Indiana Hoosiers, Notre Dame Fighting Irish, Indianapolis Colts, Brown Bears and Winter Park Wildcats. He enjoys reading, playing golf, watching movies, snow skiing and spending time with his wife and kids, including their 10-year-old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Rudy.
