Experience and education

Rotchild is responsible for performance measurement, reporting and investment policy monitoring for defined contribution plans. He manages client onboarding and ongoing plan support, including system setup, CRM maintenance, quarterly reporting, investment analysis, fee benchmarking and policy adherence. He also partners with advisors, service teams, recordkeepers and clients on report deliverables, RFP/RFI responses, participant communications and education initiatives.

Prior to joining Mariner, Rotchild was a performance reporting associate at AndCo, an investment consulting firm that was acquired by Mariner.

Rotchild holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Wake Forest University.

Away from the office, Rotchild enjoys serving in his community and entrepreneurship.
