Grant provides clients with comprehensive wealth management services to help them achieve their goals as well as integrated planning and strategies to help them grow and protect their wealth.

Prior to joining Mariner, Grant was the managing member and founder of Waypoint Wealth Management LLC, a registered investment adviser he established in 2011, where he also served as lead advisor for client relationships. He also founded Callan & Palmer LLP in 1988, serving as managing partner of the CPA firm.

Grant has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Rhode Island and a master’s degree in taxation from the University of Baltimore.

Personal interests

Away from the office, Grant is an avid tennis and golf enthusiast and loyal Baltimore Orioles fan.
