Stephan Tremblay

Experience and Education

Stephan spearheads the firm’s national strategy to grow and scale its CPA partner channel. He is responsible for building the vision, setting the strategy and leading cross-functional efforts to expand this high-impact growth initiative-unlocking new client relationships and driving long-term value for the firm and its partners.

Prior to joining Mariner, Stephan spent 16 years building and scaling high-growth startups across tech, healthcare and finance. He led global go-to-market sales, marketing and partnerships. He began his career in traditional pharma at AstraZeneca before joining Zocdoc as an early team member. He later held partnership roles at Justworks, Sastrify and Power and Life Sciences.

Personal Interests

Stephan lives in Westport, CT, with his wife and their son. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking, traveling, golfing, biking and mentoring early-career professionals.
