Experience and education

Bryan serves as head of institutional at Mariner, where he focuses on overall strategy and vision, leads the institutional investment advisory team, chairs the institutional investment policy committee and ensures a high level of service for clients while supporting the firm’s growth initiatives.

Prior to stepping into this role, Bryan served as national director of institutional at Mariner following the 2024 acquisition of AndCo, the institutional investment consulting firm where he served as chief operating officer. Under his leadership as COO, AndCo grew to advise over $100 billion in institutional assets, serving pension funds, endowments, foundations and corporate retirement plans. He developed and ensured the execution of AndCo’s mission, vision, values, culture, brand, strategy and company initiatives and directed its client servicing departments.

Bryan has a bachelor’s degree in finance and an MBA, both from the University of Central Florida.

Personal interests

Away from the office, Bryan enjoys performing arts, tennis and pickleball and spending time with his wife and two dogs, Teeter and Addie. He is also active in his community, supporting local organizations and volunteer initiatives.
