Bryan holds the Charted Financial Analyst® designation.

Experience and Education

Bryan is responsible for the management and coordination of the institutional advising, research, performance reporting, operational services, and growth departments. He also monitors department KPIs.

Prior to joining Mariner, Bryan served as chief operating officer at AndCo, where he developed and ensured the execution of its mission, vision, values, culture, brand, strategy and company initiatives. He also directed AndCo’s client servicing departments, including monitoring department KPIs and enforcing accountability. Before that, he was chief compliance officer and consultant at Burgess Chambers & Associates, where he focused on compliance as well as client service, investment policy development, asset allocation strategy, manager structure implementation and plan monitoring, evaluation and advisement.

Bryan has an MBA and a bachelor’s degree in finance, both from the University of Central Florida.

Personal Interests

Away from the office, Bryan enjoys performing arts, tennis and pickleball. He also supports Elevation Scholars.
