Roy is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, an Accredited Investment Fiduciary® and a Certified Retirement Counselor®.

Experience and education

Roy provides personalized wealth management solutions for affluent families, corporate executives and business owners. He works with clients to define their goals and values, and then designs, implements and monitors customized plans to help them reach those goals. In addition, he provides directional leadership to the advisors and associates in our Greenville office.

Prior to joining Mariner, Roy was the founder and managing director of Goldfinch Wealth Management.

Roy has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta.

Personal interests

Away from the office, Roy serves on the CBF Foundation Committee for First Baptist Church of Greenville. On weekends, you’ll likely find him at the YMCA, going for a jog, trying out local restaurants or spending time at home with his family.
