Experience and education
Bennett provides personalized wealth planning solutions for high-net-worth individuals, families and business owners. He designs and implements customized wealth plans with a focus on clients’ long-term objectives and cash flow needs. He also provides integrated planning and strategies for growing and protecting wealth, including tax and estate planning, risk management and retirement planning.
Prior to joining Mariner, Bennett served as president and senior wealth advisor at Wealth Conscious Management, where he provided custom investment advisory solutions for ultra-high-net-worth individuals, their family offices and businesses. He also served as a managing director at Jefferies, where he assisted with the construction and service offerings of the wealth management division while meeting the needs of wealthy clients and families. Previously, he was chief investment officer at InnoVise Family Wealth Advisors, responsible for all asset allocation decisions and portfolio construction.
Bennett earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of California, Irvine and an MBA with an emphasis in finance from the University of California, Berkeley.
Personal interests
Away from the office, Bennett is involved with organizations that encourage individuals to be the first in their family to attend college. He is also a dedicated car enthusiast and amateur vinophile.
