Experience and Education

Jennifer provides tax strategy and wealth transfer consulting designed to meet ultra-high-net-worth client objectives including multigenerational wealth transfer, gift and estate tax planning and philanthropic strategies.

Prior to her current role, Jennifer was tax director at Mariner, where she provided tax services to clients including compliance, tax planning and consulting. She also managed the Oklahoma tax team and helped oversee family office services for clients. She partnered with large family groups with complex family and business structures and has an in-depth knowledge of trust, individual, private foundation, gift and estate taxation and planning. Additionally, she has experience working with entities and individuals filing in multiple state jurisdictions. Her passion is doing collaborative planning and consulting for high-net-worth individuals and multigenerational family groups alongside their team of advisors.

Prior to joining Mariner, Jennifer was a tax manager at Grant Thornton, LP in the Atlanta and the Tulsa offices, where she reviewed corporate, individual, trust, gift, estate, benefit plan, nonprofit, expatriate and flow-through entity federal and multi-state tax returns.

Jennifer has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Reinhardt College and a master’s degree in accounting from Kennesaw State University.

Personal Interests

Away from the office, Jennifer likes to spend time with her husband and three children. She loves to travel and enjoys almost any outdoor activity. She is also involved in several Tulsa charity groups and is a member of the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA).
