Experience and Education

Paul provides comprehensive wealth management services, including retirement planning, private investments, executive compensation and socially responsible investing. He also helps high-net-worth individuals and their families create a wealth-life balance.

Paul has over 20 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Mariner, was the founder and CIO of Barley Mill Asset Management. Prior to that, he served as senior vice president and CIO at America Guaranty & Trust Company, guiding macro asset allocation and specific investment selection. Before his time at America Guaranty & Trust, Paul was a supply officer on board the USS Clark FFG-11 during his tour duty in the US Navy.

Paul has a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Villanova University, an MBA from Lerner School of Business, University of Delaware, and a master’s degree in English and creative writing from Southern New Hampshire University.

In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, two daughters, mother-in-law and dog.
