Experience and education

Lisa leads insurance operations, ensuring efficient service delivery and operational excellence across the organization. She oversees internal processes and administrative functions that support seamless client experience.

Prior to joining Mariner, Lisa was vice president of operations at Cowell Insurance Services, a regional insurance agency in Overland Park, Kansas, that was acquired by Mariner. While there, she oversaw all business operations including information technology, accounting, TPA claim and program management. She also worked with producers, directing risk management services for individual and group self-insured clients. Before that, She held the vice president role at Midwest Alternative Risk Services, where she was responsible for risk management services for several ARS clients. While there, she also worked with producers and account managers on all aspects of technical and administrative support for both fully insured and self-insured accounts.

Personal interests

Away from the office, Lisa enjoys watching the Kansas City Chiefs and the Kansas City Royals. She also enjoys reading, attending live concerts and spending time with family and friends.
