Experience and education

Jeffrey provides clients with comprehensive wealth management services to help them achieve their goals as well as integrated planning and strategies to help them grow and protect their wealth.

Prior to joining Mariner, Jeffrey was a principal at Forté Capital LLC.  He has worked with high-net-worth families, businesses, churches and other nonprofit organizations for more than thirty years. He provides clients with financial and philanthropic solutions regarding retirement planning, corporate 401(k) plans, asset allocation, portfolio analysis, endowment management and charitable giving.

Before that, he was a vice president of development and communications at Rochester Area Community Foundation. He identified, cultivated and secured major donors and managed relationships with financial advisors, estate-planning attorneys and CPAs for referrals. He also created content for the website, annual report, newsletters and advertisements.

Jeffrey holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from The College of Wooster.

Personal interests

Away from the office, Jeffrey enjoys fishing, kayaking, hiking, cooking and volunteering.
