Mike is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation.

Experience and education

Mike provides comprehensive wealth management services designed to help clients achieve their goals through integrated planning and strategies that support long-term growth and protection.

Prior to joining Mariner, Mike served as a client advisor at CooksonPeirce where he focused on developing and managing client relationships, financial planning and tax planning. He previously worked as a senior wealth planner at The Coury Firm supporting clients with trust and estate planning, portfolio management, investment research and relationship management. Earlier in his career, Mike was an assistant portfolio manager at Veritable, LP where he worked with a team serving a select group of ultra-high-net-worth families and supported portfolio management, trading and client service.

Mike earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from West Chester University.

Personal interests

Outside of the office, Mike is a proud father of seven and enjoys spending time outdoors with his family. Though he lives in the suburbs, he embraces a homesteader’s spirit by raising chickens and maintaining an extensive vegetable garden. He is actively involved in his local church serving in Sunday school, music programs and community care initiatives in West Elizabeth, Pennsylvania. A lifelong student of the guitar, Mike plays across multiple genres including classical, jazz and rock and enjoys building and tinkering with guitars in his limited free time. He is also an avid music enthusiast.
