Designations and Licenses

Xinxin holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation, a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designation and the Financial Risk Manager designation.

Experience and Education

Xinxin is responsible for conducting due diligence, providing manager recommendations and focusing on specific areas of coverage to provide asset class and category guidance to support Mariner advisors. She also monitors recommended managers and strategies, sources new ideas and provides investment recommendations.

Prior to joining Mariner, Xinxin was a senior research analyst at AndCo Consulting, where she focused on researching private equity and private debt strategies. She also partnered with AndCo consultants to design private equity portfolios for clients. Prior to that, she spent over 12 years at Wells Fargo, where she held various positions focused on private equity, private debt, real assets and hedge funds.

Xinxin holds a bachelor’s degree in management information systems from Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautic and a master’s degree in information technology and management from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.

Personal Interests

Away from the office, Xinxin enjoys volunteering, playing tennis, traveling and discovering restaurants with friends.
