Jonathan conducts comprehensive fixed asset reviews and cost segregation analyses. He also has experience in tangible property regulations, energy efficiency incentives and implementing other tax planning strategies. In addition to spending 10 years in the residential construction business, Jonathan is an established professional and leader with over a decade of combined experience working for RSM US LLP, KPMG LLP and ICS Tax, LLC.

Jonathan has served various industries in the public and private sectors, including aerospace and defense, agriculture, assisted living facilities, beverage and breweries, biomedical, casinos, data centers, distribution, financial institutions, food and beverage, food production, high technology, hotel hospitality, media, manufacturing, office buildings, sports stadiums, real estate investment, resorts, retail and shopping centers, residential rentals, utilities and warehousing.

Jonathan holds a bachelor’s degree in corporate finance from the University of Minnesota, Mankato. He is certified as a LEED Green Associate from the U.S. Green Building Council. Jonathan is also a Certified Cost Segregation Professional with the American Society of Cost Segregation Professionals, serving on the board of directors and testing committee.
