Alan is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional.

Experience and Education

Alan focuses on new business development. He works with individuals and families to understand their specific needs and priorities then introduces them to a wealth planning team that can help them achieve their long-term financial objectives.

Prior to joining Mariner, Alan was a financial planning group manager and a financial planning counselor at Fisher Investments.

Alan holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Virginia Commonwealth University.

Personal Interests

Away from the office, Alan enjoys watching VCU basketball, camping, hiking, hunting, fishing and boating. He is also an animal welfare advocate and supports the SPCA of Richmond.
