Jim is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, a Certified Public Accountant and a Personal Financial Specialist.

Experience and Education

As a senior wealth advisor, Jim works closely with his clients to develop customized financial plans to help them reach their goals and objectives. As a CPA, he incorporates tax strategies and uses his tax knowledge when creating financial plans for clients.

Prior to joining Mariner, he was partner and a senior wealth advisor at Domani Wealth where he led the firm’s business retirement plan group.

Jim has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Penn State University. He is a member of the Financial Planning Association of Central PA and the Centre Region Estate Planning Council. He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accounts, Personal Financial Planning Section, and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Personal Interests

His current and prior philanthropic endeavors include being a board member and tournament volunteer for Kicks 4 Kids Charity Soccer Tournaments, a volunteer for Centre County United Way Day of Caring, past president of Centre Soccer Association and a member of the Porsche Club of America, Keystone Chapter.
