Experience and Education

Dylan leads the firm’s national organic growth initiatives, focusing on developing new client relationships and nurturing existing ones. He works with individuals and families to understand their specific needs and priorities, then introduces them to a wealth planning team that can help them achieve their long-term financial objectives.

Prior to joining Mariner, Dylan was vice president at Zacks Investment Management, where he led national sales strategy and business development and referral channel partnerships. Before that, he was vice president-financial advisor at Personal Capital responsible for new client partnerships and long-term investment solutions as well as the development of integrated digital financial planning and sales strategy.

Dylan has a bachelor’s degree in behavioral neuroscience from Brigham Young University-Idaho.

Personal Interests

Away from the office, Dylan enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids, woodworking and the theatre. As a youth, he attained the rank of Eagle Scout. He is a pitcher for the Northwest Independent Baseball League.
