Matt holds the Chartered Financial Analyst ® designation, a life, accident and health insurance license in the state of California and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional.

Experience and education

Matt provides clients with comprehensive wealth management services to help them achieve their goals utilizing an integrated planning approach that incorporates customized strategies to help them grow and protect their wealth.

Prior to joining Mariner, Matt worked at Affinity Capital Advisors as an investment advisor and portfolio manager. Before that, he was an investment advisor and owner of American Summit Financial.

Matt has a bachelor’s degree in biological sciences from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Personal interests

Away from the office, Matt enjoys hiking, skiing, scuba diving and spending quality time with his friends and family.
