Rob is responsible for advancing Mariner’s strategy to support independent advisors through access to experienced teams, innovative resources and a collaborative community designed to help advisors thrive in a dynamic industry. His focus is on empowering advisors with the tools and flexibility to grow their businesses and better serve their clients.
Prior to joining Mariner, Rob served as chief growth officer at Integrated Partners, where he was responsible for the firm’s strategic expansion. During his tenure, which began in 2016, he helped grow the firm’s assets under advisement from approximately $3 billion to more than $21 billion. He led the development of the firm’s W-2 acquisition model and the continued evolution of its 1099 platform. He also oversaw relationships with external PR and marketing firms and served as a spokesperson to elevate the firm’s brand and visibility within the industry.
He frequently contributes to industry publications and conferences, offering insights on advisor affiliation trends, organic and inorganic growth strategies and the future of independent wealth management.
Rob holds a bachelor’s degree from Boston University.
