David Julier

Experience and Education

David is responsible for conducting due diligence, providing manager recommendations and focusing on specific areas of coverage to provide asset class and category guidance to support Mariner advisors. He also monitors recommended managers and strategies, sources new ideas and provides investment recommendations.

Prior to joining Mariner, David held the research analyst position at AndCo Consulting, where he focused on structuring diverse investment portfolios, sourcing, evaluating and executing fund and direct investment strategies. Before that, he was founder/principal at FrostView Capital, LLC, where he led a consulting firm specializing in commercial real estate investment platforms and risk/return optimization. Prior to that, he was director, real estate portfolio manager at DuPont Capital Management, where he focused on managing commercial real estate portfolios and nurturing relationships with third-party managers. While there, he also focused on new private real estate fund commitments and joint venture investments.

David holds an MBA in finance, accounting and strategy management from Indiana University.

Away from the office, David enjoys Brazilian jiu-jitsu and Krav Maga.
