Experience and Education

Jon specializes in family wealth management and retirement planning. He also builds wealth plans for individuals retiring from large corporations and helps them select retirement benefits that are appropriate for their needs.

Prior to joining Mariner, Jon worked as a senior wealth advisor for Viewpoint Financial. He served clients from the greater Los Angeles area, up to the San Francisco Bay, along with serving clients in 15 other states. Prior to that, he worked for a large financial services firm for six years.

Personal Interests

Jon and his wife live in Moorpark, Calif. He enjoys golf, watching his children play sports and spending time with his family. Jon and his wife contribute to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation and St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital. Jon played college baseball at Cal State University, Sacramento, where he helped his team achieve a top 20 ranking.
