Experience and Education
Julie brings more than 25 years of experience to building relationships and connecting prospective clients with advisory teams. She began her career as a commercial oil and gas lender with Bank of Oklahoma and served in various roles in her nine-year tenure. She was director of investor relations for Vintage Petroleum in Tulsa before moving to J.P. Morgan where she provided private banking, investment management and trust services. Before joining Mariner Wealth Advisors, Julie was a senior vice president in commercial lending at F&M Bank.
She has a bachelor’s degree in advertising/public relations and journalism and an MBA, both from the University of Tulsa.
Accolades
Julie was recognized as a Women in Business Champion by the Tulsa Regional Chamber of Commerce in 2018. She has also had the articles published in the Tulsa World.
Personal Interests
Julie is the chair of the Tulsa Ballet’s investment committee. As an elected director, she serves on the finance and audit committees of the Tulsa Ballet. Julie is an executive advisory board member for the University of Tulsa’s Collins College of Business. She is a past board chair for The Girl Scouts of Eastern Oklahoma and led the capital campaign for their new leadership center. She is a trustee for The Tulsa Performing Arts Center Trust and is chair of the finance committee. Julie has volunteered for and supported the Tulsa Area United Way, Rebuilding Tulsa, Holy Family Cathedral School and Jenks and Tulsa Public Schools.
