Amy is a Certified Public Accountant and holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification.

Experience and education

Amy provides customized, comprehensive financial planning to clients to help them achieve their goals.

Prior to joining Mariner, Amy was a tax accountant and CPA for Boyum Barenscheer where she assisted individuals and small businesses with tax compliance and planning. Prior to that, she was an internal auditor at Wells Fargo in Minneapolis.

Amy holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from University of Minnesota–Twin Cities.

Personal interests

Amy is a volunteer tax reviewer for Prepare + Prosper, a nonprofit providing access to tax and financial services to those in need.

Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards Center for Financial Planning, Inc. owns and licenses the certification marks CFP^®, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER^®, and CFP^® (with plaque design) in the United States to Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc., which authorizes individuals who successfully complete the organization’s initial and ongoing certification requirements to use the certification marks.
