Experience and Education

Ed provides clients with customized wealth management solutions based on their needs and objectives. Prior to joining Mariner, Ed was a financial advisor at HK Financial Services in Omaha, Neb. In that role, he worked directly with Certified Public Accountants to assess the financial situations of their clients and develop strategies to help them create, protect and transfer wealth. Before joining HK Financial Services, Ed was an insurance advisor with a registered investment advisor. In this position, he specialized in estate planning and private client insurance solutions. Prior to that, he began the investment and insurance division at a local community bank.

Ed has a bachelor’s degree in finance from Creighton University in Omaha.

Personal Interests

Ed enjoys following and coaching various athletic activities for his two boys, cheering on the Creighton basketball team, as well as golfing, travel and spending time with his family.
