Experience and Education
Brad helps scale and optimize the firm’s investment platform to support its rapid growth and evolving advisor base. He acts as a primary partner to the chief investment officer (CIO), providing leadership across the full breadth of the investment program and ensuring its continued innovation and competitiveness. In this role, his responsibilities include overseeing the end-to-end management and continuous enhancement of the firm’s investment program, collaborating with the CIO to develop and refine firm-wide investment policies and strategies. He also focuses on providing leadership and oversight for key functional areas within the investment team to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Previously, Brad was senior vice president of investments at Mariner, where he oversaw teams dedicated to manager research, portfolio management, consulting, investment education and direct indexing. Earlier in his career, he held various roles at Adams Hall Wealth Advisors, which was acquired by Mariner in 2012.
Brad holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and an MBA with a concentration in finance from the University of Tulsa. He is a member of the CFA Society of Oklahoma.
Personal Interests
Away from the office, Brad lives in Tulsa, Oklahoma with his wife, two children and two dogs. He is an active runner and enjoys spending time on the water with his family, whether close to home or while traveling.
