Scott is a Certified Public Accountant, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and holds a life and health insurance license.

Experience and education

Scott provides clients with comprehensive wealth management services to help them achieve their goals as well as integrated planning and strategies to help them grow and protect their wealth.

Prior to joining Mariner, Scott was vice president, financial planning consultant, at Avantax Planning Partners, where he was responsible for leading his team and managing client relationships.

Scott holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and marketing from Valparaiso University.

Personal interests

Away from the office, Scott enjoys coaching youth travel baseball and volunteering in the community through his church.
