Dan Kronmal

Experience and education

Dan provides strategic leadership for his market, aligning teams, resources and culture to drive growth and enhance the client experience. He partners closely with local and regional leaders to support advisors, develop talent and ensure consistent execution of the firm’s mission and values.

Prior to joining Mariner, he spent more than six years at TIAA in wealth management, working with high-net-worth families to help them identify, prioritize and achieve their unique financial goals and recognize and neutralize potential challenges to accomplishing those goals. Prior to TIAA, Dan worked at Mass Mutual as a financial advisor.

He has a bachelor’s degree in business & finance from The University of Washington.

Personal interests

Dan enjoys spending time with his wife and two girls. His family enjoys skiing, backpacking, camping and boating. His oldest daughter is a competitive figure skater and ski racer. He is also a big fan of The University of Washington football and basketball teams and the Seattle Seahawks.
