Experience and Education

Heather provides operational and strategic leadership, working closely with clients to create personalized financial strategies, while also guiding the office’s day-to-day operations and long-term vision.

Heather has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. Her background includes leadership in operations, compliance and client service, giving her a well-rounded perspective and deep understanding of the industry.

Prior to joining Mariner, she was vice president of operations and chief compliance officer at Jenkins Wealth, where she helped drive firmwide improvements in client experience and regulatory oversight.

Personal Interests

Away from the office, Heather is active in her son’s elementary school and PTA. She enjoys cooking and outdoor activities in Colorado, including camping, hiking and spending time with family.
