Experience and Education

Brittany provides point of sale sales leadership and training to our wealth consultants and wealth advisors in the Mariner Referral Partner Program. In this role, she will lead and coordinate the efforts to provide sales, onboarding, product and custodial-specific training currently being delivered to wealth consultants and wealth advisors across Mariner Wealth Advisors’ locations.

Brittany also educates new wealth advisors and senior wealth consultants on the firm’s solutions and services used to provide holistic wealth advice. She works with advisors on business development opportunities and works to maintain a high level of client satisfaction and engagement.

Prior to joining Mariner Wealth Advisors, Brittany has spent more than 12 years in the industry at Charles Schwab and TIAA. In those roles, she specialized in retirement planning, income stream creation, asset allocation structuring, annuities and inter-generational wealth planning, options, and new advisor development and training.

She has two bachelor’s degrees from Purdue University.
