Experience and education
Bringing a thoughtful, personalized approach to each client relationship, Marguerite provides clients with comprehensive wealth management services including retirement planning, estate planning, tax planning and portfolio construction. Her passion lies in helping clients understand and feel confident in their finances and she receives no greater joy than helping her clients attain their financial goals.
Prior to joining Mariner in 2016, Marguerite was the director of client experience at Legacy Financial Strategies, LLC. Her experience also includes serving as a commercial banking portfolio manager at Iberiabank Corporation in New Orleans, where her passion for personal finance began.
Marguerite has a bachelor’s degree in English and French Literature from the University of Virginia.
Personal interests
Away from the office, Marguerite spends time with her husband and their two children and always has a new book she is reading. She loves traveling and exploring new cultures. She and her husband met while they were both teaching English in Vietnam after college graduation and one of her goals is to visit all 50 states. She is a sustaining member of the Junior League of Kansas City, of which she has been a member since 2015 and is an active supporter of the Mariner Foundation.
