Designations and Licenses

Cindy holds the Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor designation, is a Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy® and is an Accredited Estate Planner®.

Experience and Education

Cindy oversees and directs the firm’s efforts to deliver trustee and estate advisory services to clients. She uses her technical knowledge and experience to evaluate complex tax, trust and estate planning issues while providing solutions for clients.

Prior to joining Mariner, Cindy was a senior vice president and regional manager of fiduciary & investment services at Wells Fargo where she managed a team of trust and investment specialists serving a $5B book of investment, trust and wealth management services.

Cindy has a bachelor’s degree in Spanish and international business from Saint Mary’s College. She also has a J.D. from the Chicago-Kent College of Law. She is a member of the Scottsdale Bar Association, a member of Valley Estate Planners and a member of the Central AZ Estate Planning Council.

Personal Interests

Cindy enjoys hiking, travel, cooking, concerts and spending quality time with family and friends. She is on the Secretary of Planned Giving Roundtable board, a board member of the McDowell Sonoran Preserve Board and a volunteer at AZ Animal Welfare League and church.
