Daniel is an Enrolled Agent with the IRS.

Experience and Education

Daniel helps prepare and review client tax returns and assists with tax planning and projections based on clients’ needs.

Prior to joining Mariner, Daniel was a tax manager at Avior Wealth Management, where he prepared and reviewed federal and state workpapers for more than 300 returns each year. He also led tax planning and consulting meetings for tax and wealth clients.

Daniel holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln and a master’s degree in tax from Grand Canyon University.

Personal Interests

Away from the office, Daniel enjoys competitive softball and is a Nebraska Cornhuskers sports enthusiast. He is the treasurer of the Nebraska Tau Kappa Epsilon Alumni Association and a member of the American Red Cross FAST team.
