Joshua holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation.

Experience and Education

Joshua provides directional leadership to one of Mariner’s Boston offices. He has experience working with individuals, families and nonprofit institutions to provide in-depth analysis of their investment portfolios, concentrated positions, retirement plan investment options and other relevant information to help them make informed investment decisions. In addition, he provides comprehensive wealth management services including financial planning, budgeting and insurance reviews to help them achieve their objectives.

Prior to joining Mariner, he was a partner and the director of research at Taylor Wealth Management Partners. His core responsibilities included researching and advising on potential investments, portfolio management, financial planning and marketing. Prior to that, Joshua was a lead sell-side equity analyst at Davy in Ireland where he covered airlines, logistics and support service companies.

Joshua holds a bachelor’s degree in biochemistry with first class honors from McGill University, a master’s degree in biochemistry from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine and a Ph.D. in biochemistry from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. He is a member of the CFA Society Boston.

Personal Interests

Joshua enjoys running and competed in half marathons. He likes to be outdoors and travel, has two daughters and has climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro.
