Experience and Education

Bob provides tailored and strategic tax services to senior executives, high-net-worth individuals, their families as well as closely held entities. He has more than 40 years of tax compliance and consulting experience. Prior to joining Mariner, he spent over 30 years with Arthur Andersen as a tax partner, tax division head and office managing partner and 12 years with Grant Thornton as office managing partner.

During his leadership tenure at Grant Thornton, he helped the office grow from two partners and 30 employees with $3.5 million in net revenue to seven partners and 78 employees with $15 million in net revenue by July 2008. Bob retired from Grant Thornton as an active partner in 2009 but continued providing tax services to his clients as a contractor until July 2014.

He has a bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University. Bob is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Oklahoma Society of CPAs.
