Experience and Education

Susan enjoys being an ongoing part of her clients’ financial decision-making process. Since 2009, she has helped clients create financial plans that enhance and protect their wealth.

Prior to joining Mariner, Susan worked for Transamerica Financial Advisors and Cascadia Wealth Management. She has extensive experience working with small-business owners, clients who need estate planning as well as individuals and families experiencing life changes such as divorce, a job change or retirement.

Susan has a bachelor’s degree in human development and family studies and a master’s in industrial and labor relations from Cornell University.

Personal Interests

Susan actively supports Portland Rescue Mission, Dress for Success and the Oregon Humane Society. She welcomes people from all over the world by using her home as an Airbnb. She and her family enjoy travel, music and sports.
