Experience and education

Mike serves as head of enterprise development at Mariner, where he is responsible for connecting the firm’s capabilities across business units to deliver a more complete client experience and accelerate growth. Institutional Services, Mariner Financial Wellness, Investment Banking and Mariner Risk all report through his office, reflecting the enterprise-wide scope of the role.

Prior to stepping into his enterprise role, Mike served as head of institutional at Mariner following the 2024 acquisition of AndCo, the institutional investment consulting firm he helped grow and lead as chief executive officer. Under his leadership, AndCo grew to advise over $100 billion in institutional assets, serving pension funds, endowments, foundations and corporate retirement plans. He focused on overall strategy and vision, led the executive team, chaired the Investment Policy Committee and represented the firm at industry conferences.

Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Rollins College and an MBA in finance and management from the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College.

Personal interests

Mike is a fan of the Chicago Cubs, Indiana Hoosiers, Notre Dame Fighting Irish, Indianapolis Colts, Brown Bears and Winter Park Wildcats. He enjoys reading, playing golf, watching movies, snow skiing and spending time with his wife and kids, including their 4-month-old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Woody.

Mike is active in the local community serving on the Crummer Business School Board of Overseers and The Nehemiah Founders Club. He is also active at First Presbyterian Church of Orlando.
