Molly Halcom

Experience and education

Molly is responsible for supporting and executing the firm’s institutional organic growth strategy. She oversees a team of six growth professionals and serves as the central hub for opportunity management, RFP and finals execution, conference strategy and new client onboarding for the Institutional Advisory business.

Prior to joining Mariner, Molly was director of growth at AndCo, an investment consulting firm that was acquired by Mariner. While there, she was responsible for supporting the firm’s organic growth strategy. Before that, she was involved in all aspects of new business and marketing activities for institutional investment management firms, including GW&K Investment Management and Trilogy Global Advisors.

Molly holds an MBA in finance from Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College and a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Colorado.

Personal interests

Away from the office, Molly enjoys spending time and traveling with her family, including her husband and four children. She also enjoys marathon running, spinning, Pilates and is a proud finisher of the Boston Marathon.
