Spence Sarazin
Experience and education
Spence provides comprehensive financial advisory services to high-net-worth individuals and their families to help them achieve their goals.
Prior to joining Mariner, Spence worked at Bridger Fund as vice president, investor relations, where he led capital-raising efforts for a start-up commercial mortgage REIT, built relationships with accredited investors and family offices and managed ongoing communications for a high-net-worth investor base. Previously, he served as director, business development, at Anderson Roberts Financial, sourcing, underwriting and structuring real estate investment opportunities while building a strong referral network that drove significant deal flow. Earlier in his career, Spence worked at First Republic Bank as a relationship manager, managing high-net-worth client relationships, sourcing deposits and originating and overseeing a large portfolio of residential and multifamily loans with a strong credit record.
Spence has a bachelor’s degree in economics with a minor in business studies from New York University.
Personal interests
Away from the office, Spence enjoys cycling, skiing and competing in triathlons. He also serves as treasurer for the junior board of the Boys & Girls Club of Solana Beach and Oceanside.
