Experience and education

Cynthia provides comprehensive financial advisory services to high-net-worth individuals and their families to help them achieve their goals. Her experience enables her to craft comprehensive financial plans that encompass tax planning, strategic investments, insurance analysis and estate planning. She tailors individualized strategies to help clients maximize their financial potential while navigating the complexities of wealth management.

Prior to joining Mariner, Cynthia worked at Aspire Planning Associates, a San Francisco-based financial planning firm. She also worked at NASA Federal Credit Union and was previously an associate at an investment advisory, tax and financial planning firm in Annapolis, Maryland.

Cynthia holds a bachelor’s degree in finance with a minor in financial planning from the University of Maryland Global Campus.

Personal interests

Cynthia lives in Maryland with her husband, two young children and two rescue dogs. She enjoys listening to finance podcasts, tackling do-it-yourself home improvement projects and exploring Maryland’s and Virginia’s many hiking trails.
