Prior to joining Mariner, Hayden worked as a senior financial advisor at Peak American Investment Advisors, where he focused on financial education, investment advising and retirement planning. He previously served as an investment counselor at Fisher Investments, providing high-net-worth clients with financial education and retirement planning guidance.

Hayden has a bachelor’s degree in finance from Southern New Hampshire University.
