Designations and Licenses

Hakim is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional, has a Master Planner Advanced Studies™ designation and is an Accredited Wealth Management Advisor℠. He holds accident, health and life insurance licenses in California.

Experience and Education

Hakim assists the wealth advisory team with designing financial plans, implementing investment strategies and administering wealth advisory services. He began his career as an intern in the financial services industry in 2017. In his current role, he focuses on helping clients meet their needs and goals by understanding their best interests, values, hopes and dreams.

Hakim has a bachelor’s degree in economics from San Diego State University and a Master of Science degree in personal financial planning from the College for Financial Planning.

Personal Interests

Outside of work, Hakim is passionate about providing opportunities for the less fortunate and increasing their well-being. He volunteers and enjoys paying it forward through Build a Miracle and Just in Time for Former Foster Youth. He also likes spending time at the beach and mountains, swimming, hiking, mountain biking and traveling with his wife, close friends and Belgian Malinois puppy.
