Our institutional cash management group utilizes our client first approach in working with corporations and other institutions to develop customized fixed-income investment solutions that meet the goals of the organization. The group’s solutions include short-term, separately managed fixed-income portfolios. When utilizing the institutional cash management group, clients will have direct access to those making the investment decisions on a daily basis.

Meet our Institutional Cash Management Group

Aaron S. Clark, CPA, CFA
Managing Director

As managing director, Aaron co-manages all aspects of portfolio management, security selection and client support of our institutional cash management group. He joins Mariner Wealth Advisors most recently from BOK Financial Securities where he co-led the corporate cash investments group. Prior to that, he was director of equity research for a hedge fund and portfolio management for J.P. Morgan. He started his career in public accounting. 

Aaron received his degree in accounting from the University of Tulsa.  Additionally, he has passed the Series 7, 63, and 65 examinations.

Randy Boatman

Randy Boatman
Managing Director

As managing director, Randy co-manages all aspects of portfolio management, security selection, and client support of our institutional cash management group. Prior to joining Mariner Wealth Advisors, Randy co-led the corporate cash investments group at BOK Financial Securities. He has worked with institutional investors for more than 20 years and has experience in many aspects of the fixed income markets.

Randy received his degree in finance and accounting from the University of Missouri.

Conner Hanlon, CFA
Investment Analyst

Conner is responsible for client support and works with the managing directors on portfolio management and security selection. He has worked with institutional investors for more than five years. He received his degree from the University of Kansas. 

Brian Maher
Senior Trader

Brian manages the trading efforts of the institutional cash management group. He has worked as a trader for the last 20 years. Most recently, he was with two regional bank/broker-dealers. He received his degree from Kansas State University.

Michael Dugan
Director

Michael manages the firm’s efforts in providing fixed income securities to financial institutions and money managers across the country. He has worked with financial institutions and money managers for more than 20 years of his career. Michael received his degree from the University of Missouri.
