Experience and Education
Kristin specializes in investment management, financial planning and retirement planning for high-net-worth individuals and families. She builds custom portfolios for clients with a focus on tax-efficient investing. Kristin enjoys helping families navigate all aspects of their financial life. She takes time to understand each client’s priorities as she develops personalized wealth plans and implements appropriate investment strategies to help clients achieve their long-term objectives.
Prior to joining Mariner, Kristin was an associate consultant at Fourth Street Performance Partners, where she provided investment consulting services to clients. Previously, she worked as an analyst at BlackRock Private Equity Partners, a private equity fund of funds manager that invests in primary funds, secondaries and direct co-investment opportunities.
Kristin graduated summa cum laude from the University of Dayton with a bachelor’s degree in finance and economics. She is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Cincinnati.

Personal Interests
In the community, Kristin serves as a trustee of the United Way of Greater Cincinnati Foundation Board, as treasurer of the Cincinnati Ballet Board and as a trustee of the Cincinnati Ballet Foundation Board. Previously, she served as a trustee of the Central Parkway YMCA Board and as chair for the Board Orientation & Leadership Development Steering Committee, which oversees a comprehensive board training program for young executives.

The ranking is based on an algorithm of qualitative and quantitative data, rating thousands of wealth advisors with a minimum of seven years of experience and weighing factors like revenue trends, assets under management, compliance records, industry experience, and best practices learned through telephone and in-person interviews.

The ranking is based on an algorithm of qualitative data learned through surveys and interviews conducted in-person, by telephone, and virtually to evaluate best practices, level of service, investing models, and compliance records, as well as quantitative data, such as revenue trends and assets under management.
