Jay supports a wealth advisory team that provides high-net-worth individuals, families and business owners with personalized wealth management to help them achieve their objectives.
Prior to joining Mariner, Jay held leadership roles at Procter & Gamble, where he directed global ethics and compliance training programs as well as investor relations and shareholder services. Earlier in his career, he served as a treasury analyst at American Financial Group, managing corporate liquidity, stock transfer operations and deferred compensation plans.
Jay holds a BSBA in accounting from Xavier University.
Personal Interests
Away from the office, Jay enjoys spending time with his wife, their four adult children and their new granddaughter. He has a passion for travel, especially with friends and family, and loves being outdoors. His favorite pastimes include golf, cycling, hiking and kayaking. A lifelong Cincinnati sports fan, Jay faithfully follows the Reds, Bengals and Xavier Musketeers—despite his perpetually optimistic outlook and the frequent disappointments that come with it.
